Watch the Acehnese Japanese Cultural Festival
Hundreds of residents in the province of Aceh witnessed a Japanese cultural festival disenggarakan Alumni Association of Japan ( Persada ) at the AAC Dayan Dawood Kuala University ( Unsyiah ) Banda Aceh .
Chairman of the organizing committee , M Faisal in Banda Aceh on Wednesday , said the cultural festival is themed " friendship and culture , tighten and sinambungkan " .
" This festival is held to introduce the Japanese culture to the Indonesian people especially the people of Aceh in order to further strengthen the relationship between the two countries , " said M. Faisal .
According to him , the activities are opened Consul General of Japan, Yuji Hamada was also never implemented two years ago and got a good response from the public , especially students .
In addition to holding various Japanese arts , organizers with the Japan Student Services Organization ( JASSO ) Jakarta will also provide an explanation of the study D3 , S1 , S2 and S3 as well as a scholarship to Japan .
" The festival of Japanese culture that we performed this year is more vibrant than ever before , " said Faisal .
At the festival which takes place one day it will also be conducted talk shows Japanese education and culture among the alumni of the Japanese Consul General in Aceh .
The committee also held a movie Bereng , Japanese characters coloring contest , cooking demonstrations and food bazaar , origami workshops , demos tea ceremony , kimono Summer photo and art exhibitions . ( * )
